How priority and coverage work
Each booth’s rank is the number in its ID on the Booths tab (WV001 is rank 1). Tier 1 is ranks 1–40, Tier 2 is 41–100, Tier 3 is 101–180 and Tier 4 is 181–290. Booths with Include set to N are left off. Venues that serve two districts appear once, carry the better rank and add the two vote counts together.
Coverage is the share of a booth’s needed places that are filled: each two-hour shift up to its target. Volunteers marked Withdrawn don’t count. There are no booth captains: the volunteer on the earliest confirmed shift at a booth sets up the signs, and whoever is on at close packs them down. If no one is confirmed for 4–6 pm, the last person leaves the signs up and the How-to-vote cards lead for that region collects them after 6 pm.
For people who offer to help by phone, at a stall or in person. They go into the same sheets as the online forms, and their team lead is emailed as usual.
Each team and region can have one lead. Leads sign in here with the email you enter and see only their own team’s volunteers. A new lead gets a welcome email with the link. Clear the email and save to remove someone’s access.
